Delivery

Our specialised delivery service is a guarantee you get your item when you expect it.

We deliver using our specialised couriers this means:

• Our Courier will deliver almost anywhere in the UK 
• While loading and unloading we handle deliveries with care, to assure they arrive without damage
• We inspect all the doors and windows before loading in the van to make sure they are defect-free
• Our drivers can collect Cash on delivery payments
• You get at least a day notice when your item is arriving, and a one hour bracket on the day of delivery
• We can re-arrange delivery on a different day if the first date we propose is not suitable

Delivery Charges:

The shipping charge will be displayed at the checkout when you enter your postcode. We have 4 rates depending on the distance from Birmingham.

• Zone 1 (Green): £45 – Delivery within 5 working days
• Zone 2 (Blue): £70 – Delivery within 5 working days
• Zone 3 (Brown): 80 – Delivery within 5 working days
• Zone 4 (Red) £95 – Delivery within 5 working days
• Zone 5 (Yellow): £105 – Delivery within 14 working days
• Non Served Areas are marked in grey in the map. Please contact us to see if we can arrange a third party courier for these areas.

Having your door delivered directly by one of our couriers, it’s an extension of our excellent service. You can also add an installation service, see here our rates.
